Torrealba exposes before two officers the case of the crime of Ezequiel Lopez Mendez, he is interrupted by Marcelina who comes to confess her guilt, Torrealba does not believe her. Rosa accuses Octavia of being the one who thought of abandoning Camila and convinced Marcelina to do so. Octavia mocks her and Camila, blind with anger, throws her out of her house.
